Man who tried to kill Castro is in hiding and waiting on Bush

Is he an international terrorist - or a patriotic freedom fighter? At the age of 77, Cuban-born Luis Posada Carriles may seem a bit old to be either. But he certainly was one or the other for most of his life, dedicated to getting rid of Cuban leader Fidel Castro.

How to classify the former CIA agent, convicted in the past of trying to assassinate Mr Castro and of killing 73 civilians by bombing a Cuban airliner, is proving a major dilemma for George Bush. The outcome could affect the President's credibility in his proclaimed war on terrorism. Read more here By Phil Davison.

When I read this the first thing that sprang to mind was Operation Northwoods. These were official doucments where the Pentagon proposed pretexts for Cuba invasion in 1962. These proposals included staging the assassinations of Cubans living in the United States, sinking a boatload of Cuban refugees, faking a Cuban airforce attack on a civilian jetliner, and concocting a “Remember the Maine” incident by blowing up a U.S. ship in Cuban waters and then blaming the incident on Cuban sabotage.

This is a the fact, Luis Posada Carriles is a Cuban-born international terrorist who used to work for CIA to carry out terrorist strikes, this is state sponsored terrorism at its worst! simply due to the fact the sponsors are blaming another country and taking the credit.

The enemy is not who you thought it was and still isn't.
